“March Music Days in Ruse is, for me, an indispensable annual meeting. Since the age of eleven, I have had the pleasure, the honor, and the pride of being part of this festival.”
I studied music in Ruse; here I listened to the greatest orchestras. I have attended all editions of March Music Days—both as a member of the audience and as a performer. This is one of the most important festivals, which has managed to maintain its position despite the difficulties.
My first appearance as a conductor on the Ruse stage for the March Music Days Festival was 19 years ago. While we have changed and time has changed us, only the Festival has remained just as untouchedly young.
