ARS Nova Lux is an ensemble based on variable geometry. The unusual combination of musical instruments (and singing) that the ensemble offers moves and enthuses the audience in an absolutely unique way. Performing in variable instrumental combinations of 2 to 4 performers – flute, guitar, percussion, piano (and guests), the ensemble offers a wide variety of musical genres.
Coming from different parts of the world, the musicians gather in Luxembourg, a place they call home. Ensemble trademark are the vital performance of soloists in an ensemble and the presentation of works by Luxembourgish composers.
They have participated in the festivals: Rainy Days (Luxembourg), Sofia Music Weeks, FOBA (Bulgaria), Varna Summer International Music Festival (Varna, Bulgaria); Balabanov's House Music Days (Plovdiv, Bulgaria), Prazske Muzy (Czech Republic), Augsburg Guitar Festival (Deutschland), Les Abbatiales (France), Spectrum (Slovenia).
