Canceled once again due to the third pandemic wave in Europe from the beginning of 2021, the long-awaited 60th anniversary of the March Music Days will take place from September 17 to October 3. Despite the still serious situation, we as organizers are trying to ensure the September edition of the festival in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures. We owe this effort to the festival audience, which in these difficult times is looking forward to its meetings with the music on the festival stage in Ruse.
There are only a few days left until the official opening of the festival on September 17!
The first day of the festival is traditionally of the Ruse Philharmonic, this time under the direction of Maestro Emil Tabakov.
Of particular interest in the first festival concert will certainly be not only the program itself with such a central work as the famous Fantastic Symphony by H. Berlioz, but also the young and generously gifted French cellist, winner of the Queen Elizabeth International Competition - Aurelien Pascal, whose debut in Bulgaria with the First Cello Concerto by D. Shostakovich is more than intriguing.
Do not miss the opportunity to attend the first concert of the first in the autumn edition of the MF "March Music Days"!
