May 3 is the new date for Ara Malikian’s concert in Ruse

The organizing team of the 65th International Festival “March Music Days” is pleased to inform the thousands of fans of Ara Malikian that the new date for the long-awaited event in Ruse has now been confirmed.

The concert, which was postponed due to the musician’s sudden illness, will take place on May 3 (Sunday) at 19:00 at Arena Ruse. All purchased tickets will be valid for the new date without the need for revalidation.

 
Refund Conditions
For those who will not be able to attend the concert on May 3, the following refund arrangements apply, depending on the purchase method:

1. Tickets purchased AT A BOX OFFICE (in person):
Refunds are issued at the same box office where the tickets were purchased, only upon presentation of the original fiscal receipt.

The “March Music Days” box office will be open from April 6 to April 30, every weekday from 16:00 to 18:00, at the State Opera building in Ruse.
Tickets purchased from Kupibileti.bg box offices must be refunded at the respective Kupibileti.bg location.
2. Tickets purchased ONLINE or via EasyPay/ePay:
You must submit a request to the respective ticket provider:

For Entase tickets: office@marchmusicdays.eu (or tel. +359 82 506 567, +359 82 506 512)
For Kupibileti.bg: cashback@kupibileti.bg
Your request must include:

Order details: order number (from the confirmation email) or the unique ticket code
Your details: full name, contact phone number, and the email used for purchase
Bank details (for EasyPay/ePay/bank transfer): IBAN of a Bulgarian bank account and the account holder’s full name

(Note: Card payments via vPOS are refunded automatically to the same card.)Refunds for non-cash purchases are processed within up to 30 business days after submitting complete information.

For Kupibileti.bg only:

Partial refunds are possible (only some tickets from an order) if others in your group will attend
Virtual wallet option: the amount can also be refunded as ART LV bonus points in your account

From March 30, 2026, both platforms (kupibileti.bg and entase.com) will reopen ticket sales

Box office sales:

At the “March Music Days” box office (State Opera – Ruse), April 6–30, weekdays from 16:00 to 18:00
At physical Kupibileti.bg box offices nationwide from March 30, 2026
